- 500 g broccoli, green, raw
- 100 g wheat flour 450
Method of cooking:
- Pour 600 grams of water into the bowl. Put the first floor of the steamer on the lid and place 500 grams of broccoli divided into florets on it. Cook for 18 minutes at 140°C.
