Peppers stuffed with meat

Ingredients:
- 600 g water
- 1 g ground black pepper
- 1 g oregano
- 1 g dried thyme
- 500 g ground turkey meat
- 200 g Onion, raw
- 15 g sugar
- 20 g garlic
- 200 g Carrot
- 12 g salt
- 1200 g Pepper, red
- 150 g Celery
- 100 g Oil, rapeseed
- 650 g tomato passata
Method of cooking:
- Wash the peppers, cut off the top of the pepper with the stalk, cut it into smaller pieces and add into the bowl. Remove the seeds and white fibers from the inside of the peppers. Set the prepared peppers aside.
