Ingredients:

  • 1500 g water
  • 1 g ground black pepper
  • 15 g broth paste - CVR
  • 50 g green olives
  • 50 g black olives
  • 50 g capers
  • 200 g pearl couscous
  • 1 g chili flakes
  • 150 g Onion, raw
  • 10 g garlic
  • 3 g salt
  • 70 g butter
  • 1200 g Pepper, red
  • 15 g parsley leaves
  • 100 g sun-dried tomatoes in oil (drained)

Method of cooking:

  1. Wash the peppers, cut off the top of the pepper and the stalk, remove the seeds and white fibers from the middle. Set the prepared peppers aside.
