Ingredients:
- 1500 g water
- 1 g ground black pepper
- 15 g broth paste - CVR
- 50 g green olives
- 50 g black olives
- 50 g capers
- 200 g pearl couscous
- 1 g chili flakes
- 150 g Onion, raw
- 10 g garlic
- 3 g salt
- 70 g butter
- 1200 g Pepper, red
- 15 g parsley leaves
- 100 g sun-dried tomatoes in oil (drained)
Method of cooking:
- Wash the peppers, cut off the top of the pepper and the stalk, remove the seeds and white fibers from the middle. Set the prepared peppers aside.
