Ingredients:

  • 1000 g water
  • 100 g cashews
  • 120 g chicken eggs, whole
  • 200 g Wheat flour, type 500
  • 100 g almonds, sweet
  • 100 g Oil, rapeseed
  • 850 g medium potatoes
  • 50 g potato starch

Method of cooking:

  1. Add 100 grams of blanched almonds into the bowl and 100 grams of cashew nuts. Chop for 20 seconds at speed 10. Set the chopped nuts aside in a bowl.
