Ingredients:
- 1000 g water
- 100 g cashews
- 120 g chicken eggs, whole
- 200 g Wheat flour, type 500
- 100 g almonds, sweet
- 100 g Oil, rapeseed
- 850 g medium potatoes
- 50 g potato starch
Method of cooking:
- Add 100 grams of blanched almonds into the bowl and 100 grams of cashew nuts. Chop for 20 seconds at speed 10. Set the chopped nuts aside in a bowl.
