Ingredients:
- 160 g Onion, raw
- 18 g salt
- 60 g chicken eggs, whole
- 50 g wheat flour, type 550
- 50 g Oil, rapeseed
- 1500 g Potato, long stored
- 1000 g Potato, long stored
- 50 g potato starch
Method of cooking:
- Add 1500 grams of peeled potatoes cut into 2 cm cubes into the bowl. Mix for 1 minute 30 seconds at speed 10.
