Ingredients:

  • 160 g Onion, raw
  • 18 g salt
  • 60 g chicken eggs, whole
  • 50 g wheat flour, type 550
  • 50 g Oil, rapeseed
  • 1500 g Potato, long stored
  • 1000 g Potato, long stored
  • 50 g potato starch

Method of cooking:

  1. Add 1500 grams of peeled potatoes cut into 2 cm cubes into the bowl. Mix for 1 minute 30 seconds at speed 10.
