  • 12 g salt
  • 100 g Bread crumbs
  • 20 g chives
  • 30 g butter
  • 120 g chicken eggs, whole
  • 200 g Wheat flour, type 500
  • 300 g Cultivated mushroom, raw
  • 150 g Oil, rapeseed
  • 850 g medium potatoes
  • 50 g potato starch

Method of cooking:

  1. Add 150 grams of onion cut into smaller pieces to the bowl. Chop for 10 seconds at a speed of 10 rotations. Scrape the mass from the sides to the bottom of the bowl using the spatula.
