Ingredients:
- 1 g ground black pepper
- 50 g grana padano cheese
- 150 g Onion, raw
- 12 g salt
- 100 g Bread crumbs
- 20 g chives
- 30 g butter
- 120 g chicken eggs, whole
- 200 g Wheat flour, type 500
- 300 g Cultivated mushroom, raw
- 150 g Oil, rapeseed
- 850 g medium potatoes
- 50 g potato starch
Method of cooking:
- Add 150 grams of onion cut into smaller pieces to the bowl. Chop for 10 seconds at a speed of 10 rotations. Scrape the mass from the sides to the bottom of the bowl using the spatula.
