Ingredients:
- 10 g lemon peel
- 8 g baking powder
- 5 g powdered sugar CVR
- 5 g vanilla extract
- 180 g sugar
- 10 g butter
- 50 g lemon juice
- 240 g chicken eggs, whole
- 160 g Oil, rapeseed
- 200 g wheat flour 450
Method of cooking:
- Place a bowl on the mixing bowl lid and weigh 200 grams of sifted flour in it. Add 2 level teaspoons of baking powder. Mix everything and set aside.
