Ingredients:

  • 10 g lemon peel
  • 8 g baking powder
  • 5 g powdered sugar CVR
  • 5 g vanilla extract
  • 180 g sugar
  • 10 g butter
  • 50 g lemon juice
  • 240 g chicken eggs, whole
  • 160 g Oil, rapeseed
  • 200 g wheat flour 450

Method of cooking:

  1. Place a bowl on the mixing bowl lid and weigh 200 grams of sifted flour in it. Add 2 level teaspoons of baking powder. Mix everything and set aside.
