- 4 g baking powder
- 4 g sodium bicarbonate
- 5 g vanilla extract
- 200 g sugar
- 1 g salt
- 120 g chicken eggs, whole
- 160 g Oil, rapeseed
- 40 g Cocoa, powder
- 250 g Buttermilk, 0.5% fat
- 200 g wheat flour 450
Method of cooking:
- Place a glass on the lid of the mixing bowl and weigh 250 grams of natural buttermilk. Set aside.
