The honey–mustard marinade gives the ribs an amazing character. It is a good idea for a lunch that doesn't require advanced cooking skills. The meat is extremely aromatic, perfectly seasoned, and easily falls off the bone.

Ingredients:
- 1 g ground black pepper
- 70 g broth paste - CVR
- 80 g ketchup
- 150 g Onion, raw
- 20 g garlic
- 6 g salt
- 1500 g Pork, ribs
- 80 g mustard
- 120 g honey
- 40 g clarified butter
Method of cooking:
- Place a large bowl on the lid of the mixing bowl and weigh 1500 grams of pork ribs cut into single-bone pieces. Set the bowl aside.
