The honey–mustard marinade gives the ribs an amazing character. It is a good idea for a lunch that doesn't require advanced cooking skills. The meat is extremely aromatic, perfectly seasoned, and easily falls off the bone.

Ingredients:

  • 1 g ground black pepper
  • 70 g broth paste - CVR
  • 80 g ketchup
  • 150 g Onion, raw
  • 20 g garlic
  • 6 g salt
  • 1500 g Pork, ribs
  • 80 g mustard
  • 120 g honey
  • 40 g clarified butter

Method of cooking:

  1. Place a large bowl on the lid of the mixing bowl and weigh 1500 grams of pork ribs cut into single-bone pieces. Set the bowl aside.
