Ingredients:
- 1 g ground black pepper
- 10 g soy sauce
- 1 g ground cinnamom
- 4 g hot paprika powder
- 2 g lovage
- 4 g smoked paprika
- 4 g sweet paprika
- 80 g garlic
- 700 g Carrot
- 6 g salt
- 350 g Pepper, red
- 50 g Oil, olive
- 5 g black cumin
- 10 g harissa
Method of cooking:
- Preheat the convection oven to 180℃. Put a small bowl on the lid of the bowl and weigh out 700 grams of carrots and 350 grams of peppers.
