Ingredients:

  • 1 g ground black pepper
  • 10 g soy sauce
  • 1 g ground cinnamom
  • 4 g hot paprika powder
  • 2 g lovage
  • 4 g smoked paprika
  • 4 g sweet paprika
  • 80 g garlic
  • 700 g Carrot
  • 6 g salt
  • 350 g Pepper, red
  • 50 g Oil, olive
  • 5 g black cumin
  • 10 g harissa

Method of cooking:

  1. Preheat the convection oven to 180℃. Put a small bowl on the lid of the bowl and weigh out 700 grams of carrots and 350 grams of peppers.
