Ingredients:
- 1700 g water
- 1 g ground black pepper
- 1 g allspice
- 80 g broth paste - CVR
- 1 g bay leaves
- 90 g Onion, raw
- 90 g Carrot
- 6 g salt
- 50 g butter
- 60 g leek
- 400 g Cabbage, white
- 50 g Dill
- 50 g celeriac
- 50 g parsley leaves
- 15 g wheat flour 450
Method of cooking:
- Add 90 grams of carrot, peeled and cut into smaller pieces, 90 grams of onion, peeled and cut into smaller pieces, 50 grams of celery root, peeled and cut into smaller pieces, and 50 grams of parsley root, peeled and cut into smaller pieces to the bowl.
