Ingredients:
- 1000 g water
- 50 g soy sauce
- 3 g coriander seeds
- 3 g fish sauce
- 150 g basmati rice
- 400 g salmon fillet
- 10 g star anise
- 2 g chili flakes
- 6 g salt
- 20 g lemon juice
- 300 g broccoli, green, raw
- 50 g mustard
- 50 g honey
Method of cooking:
- Put a small bowl on the lid of the bowl and weigh out 400 grams of salmon. Divide it into 2 portions and set aside.
