Ingredients:

  • 1000 g water
  • 50 g soy sauce
  • 3 g coriander seeds
  • 3 g fish sauce
  • 150 g basmati rice
  • 400 g salmon fillet
  • 10 g star anise
  • 2 g chili flakes
  • 6 g salt
  • 20 g lemon juice
  • 300 g broccoli, green, raw
  • 50 g mustard
  • 50 g honey

Method of cooking:

  1. Put a small bowl on the lid of the bowl and weigh out 400 grams of salmon. Divide it into 2 portions and set aside.
