Ingredients:

  • 2100 g water
  • 1 g ground black pepper
  • 1 g white pepper
  • 100 g shallots
  • 60 g extra virgin oil
  • 150 g oyster mushroom
  • 200 g tagliatelle
  • 20 g garlic
  • 3 g salt
  • 80 g white dry wine
  • 100 g spinach
  • 80 g Cheese, Parmezan
  • 80 g sun-dried tomatoes in oil (drained)

Method of cooking:

  1. Pour 2 liters of water into a pot with a volume of at least 3 liters and add 2 tablespoons of salt. Bring to a boil, then cook 200 grams of pasta al dente according to the time given on the package, shortened by 1-2 minutes.
