Ingredients:
- 2100 g water
- 1 g ground black pepper
- 1 g white pepper
- 100 g shallots
- 70 g extra virgin oil
- 150 g oyster mushroom
- 200 g tagliatelle
- 20 g garlic
- 3 g salt
- 80 g white dry wine
- 100 g spinach
- 80 g Cheese, Parmezan
- 80 g sun-dried tomatoes in oil (drained)
Method of cooking:
- In a pot with a volume of at least 3 liters, pour 2 liters of water and add 2 tablespoons of salt. Bring to the boil and then cook 200 grams of pasta al dente according to the time indicated on the package, reduced by 1-2 minutes.
