Ingredients:
- 500 g water
- 1 g ground black pepper
- 100 g broth paste - CVR
- 200 g shallots
- 120 g goat cheese
- 80 g garlic
- 3 g salt
- 30 g Walnuts
- 1500 g beetroot, raw
- 50 g Oil, olive
Method of cooking:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C with the convection function. Prepare 1500 grams of beets, wash and wrap each vegetable separately with aluminum foil. Place on an oven tray.
