Ingredients:

  • 500 g water
  • 1 g ground black pepper
  • 100 g broth paste - CVR
  • 200 g shallots
  • 120 g goat cheese
  • 80 g garlic
  • 3 g salt
  • 30 g Walnuts
  • 1500 g beetroot, raw
  • 50 g Oil, olive

Method of cooking:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C with the convection function. Prepare 1500 grams of beets, wash and wrap each vegetable separately with aluminum foil. Place on an oven tray.
