Ingredients:

  • 150 g water
  • 1 g ground black pepper
  • 150 g Onion, raw
  • 8 g garlic
  • 12 g salt
  • 20 g Chives
  • 15 g butter
  • 350 g Wheat flour, type 500
  • 400 g Cream, 18% fat
  • 300 g Pork, belly, without bone, smoked

Method of cooking:

  1. Put a bowl on the lid of the bowl and weigh out 350 grams of flour and 15 grams of butter. Set the weighed ingredients aside.
