Tarte flambée is a traditional Alsatian dish. It is a combination of thin, crispy dough with the addition of creamy sauce, onion and bacon.

Ingredients:
- 150 g water
- 1 g ground black pepper
- 150 g Onion, raw
- 8 g garlic
- 12 g salt
- 20 g Chives
- 15 g butter
- 350 g Wheat flour, type 500
- 400 g Cream, 18% fat
- 300 g Pork, belly, without bone, smoked
Method of cooking:
- Put a bowl on the lid of the bowl and weigh out 350 grams of flour and 15 grams of butter. Set the weighed ingredients aside.
