Ingredients:
- 2000 g water
- 1 g ground black pepper
- 20 g spirit vinegar 10 %
- 150 g Onion, raw
- 25 g sugar
- 400 g Carrot
- 24 g salt
- 540 g chicken eggs, whole
- 600 g Herring, fillets, salted
- 300 g Cream, 18% fat
- 600 g beetroot, raw
- 30 g mustard
- 600 g Oil, rapeseed
- 200 g Cheese, Gouda, fat
- 700 g Potato, long stored
- 300 g pickled cucumbers
Method of cooking:
- Place the basket in the bowl. Weigh 500 grams of small, scrubbed beetroots in the basket. Add 2 teaspoons of salt, 1 teaspoon of sugar, and 2000 grams of water.
