This spectacular, festive meatloaf will delight your guests. It is delicious right out of the oven, poured with horseradish sauce, as well as cold as an addition to a cold cuts platter.

Ingredients:
- 1 g marjoram
- 120 g cream 30 %
- 1 g wild garlic
- 140 g Onion, raw
- 20 g Horseradish, raw
- 20 g garlic
- 6 g salt
- 50 g Bread crumbs
- 360 g chicken eggs, whole
- 1000 g Pork, shoulder
- 160 g Milk, 2.0% fat
- 140 g leek
- 50 g Oil, rapeseed
Method of cooking:
- Place a bowl on the mixing bowl lid and weigh 50 grams of breadcrumbs. Add 160 grams of milk to the same bowl. Mix everything and set aside.
