Ingredients:

  • 8 g baking powder
  • 10 g vanilla extract
  • 170 g sugar
  • 1 g salt
  • 180 g chicken eggs, whole
  • 200 g Yoghurt, 2% fat
  • 80 g sunflower oil
  • 300 g wheat flour 450

Method of cooking:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180℃ with the top/bottom heating function. Add 3 eggs, 300 grams of wheat flour, 80 grams of sunflower oil, 200 grams of natural yoghurt, 170 grams of granulated sugar, 2 teaspoons of baking powder, a pinch of salt, 10 grams of vanilla paste or 10 grams of vanilla sugar into the bowl.
