Ingredients:
- 8 g baking powder
- 10 g vanilla extract
- 170 g sugar
- 1 g salt
- 180 g chicken eggs, whole
- 200 g Yoghurt, 2% fat
- 80 g sunflower oil
- 300 g wheat flour 450
Method of cooking:
- Preheat the oven to 180℃ with the top/bottom heating function. Add 3 eggs, 300 grams of wheat flour, 80 grams of sunflower oil, 200 grams of natural yoghurt, 170 grams of granulated sugar, 2 teaspoons of baking powder, a pinch of salt, 10 grams of vanilla paste or 10 grams of vanilla sugar into the bowl.
