Ingredients:
- 320 g shallots
- 10 g ground cinnamom
- 4 g chili powder
- 40 g ginger root
- 600 g vegetable broth
- 200 g butter
- 25 g Oil, pumpkin seeds
- 80 g Peanuts
- 800 g pumpkin, raw
- 100 g sunflower oil
- 60 g cream 33%
Method of cooking:
- Preparation of roasted peanuts: Add 100g of sunflower oil into the bowl and heat for 3min at 140°C. After reaching the temperature, add 80g of peanuts and 1 piece of chili pepper and roast for 1min at speed 2. Drain the roasted peanuts and put them on a paper towel to absorb the oil.
