Ingredients:

  • 320 g shallots
  • 10 g ground cinnamom
  • 4 g chili powder
  • 40 g ginger root
  • 600 g vegetable broth
  • 200 g butter
  • 25 g Oil, pumpkin seeds
  • 80 g Peanuts
  • 800 g pumpkin, raw
  • 100 g sunflower oil
  • 60 g cream 33%

Method of cooking:

  1. Preparation of roasted peanuts: Add 100g of sunflower oil into the bowl and heat for 3min at 140°C. After reaching the temperature, add 80g of peanuts and 1 piece of chili pepper and roast for 1min at speed 2. Drain the roasted peanuts and put them on a paper towel to absorb the oil.
