  • 200 g Onion, raw
  • 20 g garlic
  • 18 g salt
  • 240 g chicken eggs, whole
  • 150 g leek
  • 50 g Oil, olive
  • 1500 g celeriac
  • 250 g parsley root
  • 200 g cream, 30% fat
  • 50 g clarified butter

Method of cooking:

  1. Preheat the oven to 190°C with convection.
