  • 1 g nutmeg
  • 150 g Onion, raw
  • 20 g garlic
  • 200 g Carrot
  • 12 g salt
  • 70 g Bread crumbs
  • 120 g butter
  • 120 g chicken eggs, whole
  • 100 g Milk, 2.0% fat
  • 30 g Oil, olive
  • 120 g celeriac
  • 140 g parsley root
  • 800 g Turkey, thigh, without skin and bone
  • 500 g turkey liver

Method of cooking:

  1. Preheat the oven to 210°C with convection.
