- 20 g garlic
- 12 g salt
- 360 g chicken eggs, whole
- 200 g Cream, 18% fat
- 200 g Pork, belly, without bone, smoked
- 600 g Potato, long stored
- 50 g clarified butter
- 600 g white sausage
- 150 g smoked sausage
