Ingredients:
- 1000 g water
- 70 g broth paste - CVR
- 30 g cheese, parmesan, grated
- 100 g Onion, raw
- 180 g butter
- 450 g leek
- 450 g Potato, long stored
- 150 g Cream, 30% fat
Method of cooking:
- Add 100 grams of onion cut into smaller pieces to the bowl. Chop for 10 seconds at a speed of 10 rotations. Scrape the bowl’s sides with a spatula.
