Ingredients:

  • 1000 g water
  • 70 g broth paste - CVR
  • 30 g cheese, parmesan, grated
  • 100 g Onion, raw
  • 180 g butter
  • 450 g leek
  • 450 g Potato, long stored
  • 150 g Cream, 30% fat

Method of cooking:

  1. Add 100 grams of onion cut into smaller pieces to the bowl. Chop for 10 seconds at a speed of 10 rotations. Scrape the bowl’s sides with a spatula.
