Ingredients:
- 600 g water
- 3 g ground black pepper
- 500 g milled pork meat
- 12 g salt
- 50 g butter
- 15 g lemon juice
- 400 g leek
- 40 g Oil, rapeseed
- 500 g processed cheese, Edam
- 300 g Mushroom common pickled, canned
Method of cooking:
- Place a pan over medium heat with 2 tablespoons of oil and fry the meat until golden brown, breaking it into small pieces with a wooden spoon. Set aside.
