Ingredients:

  • 600 g water
  • 3 g ground black pepper
  • 500 g milled pork meat
  • 12 g salt
  • 50 g butter
  • 15 g lemon juice
  • 400 g leek
  • 40 g Oil, rapeseed
  • 500 g processed cheese, Edam
  • 300 g Mushroom common pickled, canned

Method of cooking:

  1. Place a pan over medium heat with 2 tablespoons of oil and fry the meat until golden brown, breaking it into small pieces with a wooden spoon. Set aside.
