Turkey cutlets with zucchini and sun-dried tomatoes
Minced turkey cutlets with vegetables are a healthy version of a traditional Polish dish. They have an advantage over ground pure meat in that they are much lighter, more moist and less compact.

Ingredients:
- 1 g ground black pepper
- 120 g shallots
- 500 g fillet of turkey
- 100 g Squash-summer, raw
- 8 g garlic
- 80 g Carrot
- 6 g salt
- 80 g Bread crumbs
- 50 g butter
- 60 g chicken eggs, whole
- 50 g wheat rolls “Kajzerki”
- 20 g mustard
- 60 g Oil, rapeseed
- 100 g sun-dried tomatoes in oil (drained)
Method of cooking:
- Add 120 grams of shallots, cut into smaller pieces, into the bowl. Add 2 peeled cloves of garlic, 80 grams of peeled carrots, cut into smaller pieces. Add 100 grams of zucchini, washed, dried and cut into smaller pieces. Chop for 10 seconds at speed 10.
