  • 70 g shallots
  • 8 g garlic
  • 6 g salt
  • 80 g Bread crumbs
  • 20 g Chives
  • 50 g butter
  • 500 g Cod, raw
  • 60 g chicken eggs, whole
  • 50 g Plain wheat rolls
  • 150 g Milk, 2.0% fat
  • 60 g Oil, rapeseed
  • 50 g Mayonnaise, home-made, from rapeseed oil

Method of cooking:

  1. Add 70 grams of shallot, peeled and cut into smaller pieces, and 2 peeled cloves of garlic into the bowl. Chop for 10 seconds at speed 10.
