Ingredients:
- 700 g water
- 70 g broth paste - CVR
- 10 g hot chili pepper
- 40 g Onion, raw
- 300 g Avocado
- 5 g garlic
- 80 g Cream, 18% fat
- 120 g Oil, rapeseed
- 50 g wheat tortilla
Method of cooking:
- Cut the tortillas into thin strips up to 4 cm long and set aside. Heat about 100 grams of oil in a pan and fry the previously prepared tortillas in it until golden. Spread the fried tortillas on a plate lined with a paper towel to drain the oil and set aside.
