Ingredients:

  • 700 g water
  • 70 g broth paste - CVR
  • 10 g hot chili pepper
  • 40 g Onion, raw
  • 300 g Avocado
  • 5 g garlic
  • 80 g Cream, 18% fat
  • 120 g Oil, rapeseed
  • 50 g wheat tortilla

Method of cooking:

  1. Cut the tortillas into thin strips up to 4 cm long and set aside. Heat about 100 grams of oil in a pan and fry the previously prepared tortillas in it until golden. Spread the fried tortillas on a plate lined with a paper towel to drain the oil and set aside.
