  • 280 g sugar
  • 320 g butter
  • 300 g chicken eggs, whole
  • 80 g Milk, 2.0% fat
  • 35 g Cocoa, powder
  • 400 g wheat flour 450

Method of cooking:

  1. Put a bowl on the lid of the bowl without a measuring cup and weigh out 400 grams of flour sifted through a sieve. Add 2 teaspoons of baking powder. Mix and set aside.
