- 10 g baking powder
- 5 g vanilla extract
- 280 g sugar
- 320 g butter
- 300 g chicken eggs, whole
- 80 g Milk, 2.0% fat
- 35 g Cocoa, powder
- 400 g wheat flour 450
Method of cooking:
- Put a bowl on the lid of the bowl without a measuring cup and weigh out 400 grams of flour sifted through a sieve. Add 2 teaspoons of baking powder. Mix and set aside.
