Ingredients:

  • 60 g ginger root
  • 450 g Carrot
  • 40 g lemon juice
  • 500 g mango
  • 80 g Oil, olive
  • 80 g honey
  • 200 g oatmilk

Method of cooking:

  1. Add 480g of peeled and chopped carrot and 60g of peeled ginger into the bowl. Add 80g of honey and 80g of olive oil. Mix for 20s at speed 10. Scrape the bowl’s sides with a spatula, add 520g of chopped mango, 40g of lemon juice and 200g of plant-based drink. Mix for 20s at speed 20. Mix, scrape the bowl’s sides with a spatula and mix once again for 20s at speed 15. Serve immediately or store in the fridge.
