  • 1200 g water
  • 0.3 g ground black pepper
  • 150 g white cabbage
  • 5 g garlic
  • 0.3 g salt
  • 3 g lemon juice
  • 50 g chicken eggs, whole
  • 5 g Oil, olive
  • 5 g Dill
  • 5 g Sesame seeds
  • 40 g Salmon, smoked
  • 6 g parsley leaves
  • 5 g Dark soy sauce
  • 50 g lactose-free natural yoghurt

Method of cooking:

  1. Place 150 grams of washed pak choi cabbage, halved lengthwise, on the lid without the measuring cup. Set aside.
