- 1200 g water
- 0.3 g ground black pepper
- 150 g white cabbage
- 5 g garlic
- 0.3 g salt
- 3 g lemon juice
- 50 g chicken eggs, whole
- 5 g Oil, olive
- 5 g Dill
- 5 g Sesame seeds
- 40 g Salmon, smoked
- 6 g parsley leaves
- 5 g Dark soy sauce
- 50 g lactose-free natural yoghurt
Method of cooking:
- Place 150 grams of washed pak choi cabbage, halved lengthwise, on the lid without the measuring cup. Set aside.
