  • 6 g Tahini
  • 30 g Avocado
  • 0.3 g salt
  • 6 g lemon juice
  • 50 g chicken eggs, whole
  • 40 g mango
  • 40 g lettuce
  • 50 g Rice brown
  • 5 g erythritol
  • 15 g alfalfa sprouts

Method of cooking:

  1. Place the basket on top of the mixing bowl and weigh 50 grams of brown rice into it. Add 1 egg.
