Ingredients:
- 2 g ground black pepper
- 2 g hot paprika powder
- 2 g sweet paprika
- 500 g raspberry tomatoes
- 60 g spirit vinegar 10 %
- 1 g chili flakes
- 175 g Onion, raw
- 115 g sugar
- 500 g Squash-summer, raw
- 12 g salt
- 250 g Pepper, red
- 200 g tomato paste 30%, canned
Method of cooking:
- Add 175 grams of onion and 500 grams of zucchini, peeled and cut into smaller pieces, and 1 tablespoon of salt into the bowl. Leave in the bowl for 30 minutes.
