Ingredients:
- 4 g ground black pepper
- 4 g hot paprika powder
- 4 g sweet paprika
- 1000 g raspberry tomatoes
- 130 g spirit vinegar 10 %
- 2 g chili flakes
- 350 g Onion, raw
- 250 g sugar
- 1000 g Squash-summer, raw
- 34 g salt
- 500 g Pepper, red
- 400 g tomato paste 30%, canned
Method of cooking:
- Add 350 grams of onion and 1000 grams of zucchini, peeled and cut into smaller pieces, and 2 tablespoons of salt into the bowl. Leave in the bowl for 30 minutes.
