  • 25 g Provencal herbs
  • 600 g vegetable broth
  • 100 g Onion, raw
  • 0.6 g salt
  • 90 g Celery
  • 20 g Oil, olive
  • 200 g Celeriac
  • 12 g parsley leaves
  • 100 g parsley root

Method of cooking:
