Ingredients:
- 0.5 g ground cinnamom
- 0.3 g vanilla extract
- 45 g Carrot
- 170 g Apple
- 50 g chicken eggs, whole
- 10 g Walnuts
- 30 g Rye flour, type 2000
- 5 g Oil, rapeseed
- 75 g lactose-free natural yoghurt
Method of cooking:
- Place a bowl on the lid of the mixing bowl and weigh 10 grams of walnuts into it. Set aside. Add 45 grams of sliced carrot and 170 grams of diced apple to the mixing bowl. Chop for 1 minute at a speed of 10 rotations.
