Ingredients:
- 150 g water
- 1 g ground black pepper
- 60 g broth paste - CVR
- 300 g girolle
- 220 g Onion, raw
- 8 g garlic
- 12 g salt
- 65 g butter
- 350 g Wheat flour, type 500
- 400 g Cream, 18% fat
- 20 g Oil, rapeseed
- 20 g parsley leaves
Method of cooking:
- Put a bowl on the lid of the bowl without a measuring cup and weigh out 300 grams of washed and dried chanterelles. Tear larger chanterelles into smaller pieces and set aside.
