Ingredients:

  • 150 g water
  • 1 g ground black pepper
  • 60 g broth paste - CVR
  • 300 g girolle
  • 220 g Onion, raw
  • 8 g garlic
  • 12 g salt
  • 65 g butter
  • 350 g Wheat flour, type 500
  • 400 g Cream, 18% fat
  • 20 g Oil, rapeseed
  • 20 g parsley leaves

Method of cooking:

  1. Put a bowl on the lid of the bowl without a measuring cup and weigh out 300 grams of washed and dried chanterelles. Tear larger chanterelles into smaller pieces and set aside.
