Mazurek with dried plums is a traditional Polish pastry, especially popular during Easter. It is characterized by a shortcrust, buttery pastry, which is perfectly balanced by a sweet dried plum filling.

Ingredients:
- 100 g water
- 100 g powdered sugar CVR
- 90 g almond flakes
- 40 g sugar
- 1 g salt
- 120 g butter
- 180 g chicken eggs, whole
- 20 g Cream, 18% fat
- 500 g Plums without stones, dried
- 125 g wheat flour 450
Method of cooking:
- Pour 500 grams of water into the bowl. Place the basket with 3 eggs in the bowl. Cook for 15 minutes at 140°C. Shock the cooked eggs in cold water. Wash and dry the bowl.
