Ingredients:

  • 100 g water
  • 100 g powdered sugar CVR
  • 90 g almond flakes
  • 40 g sugar
  • 1 g salt
  • 120 g butter
  • 180 g chicken eggs, whole
  • 20 g Cream, 18% fat
  • 500 g Plums without stones, dried
  • 125 g wheat flour 450

Method of cooking:

  1. Pour 500 grams of water into the bowl. Place the basket with 3 eggs in the bowl. Cook for 15 minutes at 140°C. Shock the cooked eggs in cold water. Wash and dry the bowl.
