Ingredients:

  • 7 g vanilla extract
  • 200 g sugar
  • 200 g butter
  • 480 g chicken eggs, whole
  • 30 g potato starch
  • 1000 g Quark, fresh cheese, semi-fat
  • 30 g wheat flour 450

Method of cooking:

  1. Line a 25 cm springform pan with baking paper. Melt 200 grams of butter in a saucepan, leave it to cool.
