Ingredients:
- 1 g ground black pepper
- 100 g red onion
- 150 g greek yogurt
- 250 g Cucumber, pickled with salt and dill
- 400 g Herring, fillets, salted
- 400 g Potato, boiled
- 25 g parsley leaves
- 70 g Mayonnaise, home-made, from rapeseed oil
Method of cooking:
- Add 1/2 bunch of parsley leaves without stems to the bowl.
