Ingredients:

  • 1 g ground black pepper
  • 100 g red onion
  • 150 g greek yogurt
  • 250 g Cucumber, pickled with salt and dill
  • 400 g Herring, fillets, salted
  • 400 g Potato, boiled
  • 25 g parsley leaves
  • 70 g Mayonnaise, home-made, from rapeseed oil

Method of cooking:

  1. Add 1/2 bunch of parsley leaves without stems to the bowl.
