  • 1500 g water
  • 2 g allspice
  • 1 g marjoram
  • 2 g bay leaves
  • 30 g garlic
  • 18 g salt
  • 10 g Oil, rapeseed
  • 1000 g Pork, loin, without bone, raw
  • 1 g pepper balls

Method of cooking:

  1. Put a small bowl on the lid of the bowl without a measuring cup and weigh out 1000 grams of pork loin.
