Ingredients:
- 1500 g water
- 2 g allspice
- 1 g marjoram
- 2 g bay leaves
- 30 g garlic
- 18 g salt
- 10 g Oil, rapeseed
- 1000 g Pork, loin, without bone, raw
- 1 g pepper balls
Method of cooking:
- Put a small bowl on the lid of the bowl without a measuring cup and weigh out 1000 grams of pork loin.
