Ingredients:
- 500 g water
- 1 g allspice
- 1 g bay leaf
- 1 g freshly ground pepper
- 120 g Onion, raw
- 80 g Horseradish, raw
- 5 g garlic
- 6 g salt
- 70 g butter
- 4 g lemon juice
- 120 g Cream, 18% fat
- 40 g wheat flour 450
- 500 g white sausage
Method of cooking:
- Add 1 peeled garlic clove to the bowl. Chop for 10 seconds at a speed of 10 rotations. Scrape the contents to the bottom of the bowl with the spatula.
