  • 1 g allspice
  • 1 g bay leaf
  • 1 g freshly ground pepper
  • 120 g Onion, raw
  • 80 g Horseradish, raw
  • 5 g garlic
  • 6 g salt
  • 70 g butter
  • 4 g lemon juice
  • 120 g Cream, 18% fat
  • 40 g wheat flour 450
  • 500 g white sausage

Method of cooking:

  1. Add 1 peeled garlic clove to the bowl. Chop for 10 seconds at a speed of 10 rotations. Scrape the contents to the bottom of the bowl with the spatula.
