Ingredients:
- 420 g wheat flour
- 240 g water
- 1 g ground black pepper
- 1 g oregano
- 2 g fresh basil
- 200 g mozzarella
- 5 g sugar
- 8 g salt
- 10 g Yeast baker's, compressed
- 40 g Oil, olive
- 1000 g Oil, rapeseed
- 400 g canned tomatoes (sliced)
- 150 g smoked bacon
Method of cooking:
- Place a bowl on the mixing bowl lid without the measuring cup and weigh 400 grams of tomato pulp and 200 grams of diced mozzarella in it.
