Ingredients:

  • 420 g wheat flour
  • 240 g water
  • 1 g ground black pepper
  • 1 g oregano
  • 2 g fresh basil
  • 200 g mozzarella
  • 5 g sugar
  • 8 g salt
  • 10 g Yeast baker's, compressed
  • 40 g Oil, olive
  • 1000 g Oil, rapeseed
  • 400 g canned tomatoes (sliced)
  • 150 g smoked bacon

Method of cooking:

  1. Place a bowl on the mixing bowl lid without the measuring cup and weigh 400 grams of tomato pulp and 200 grams of diced mozzarella in it.
