Ingredients:
- 1 g ground black pepper
- 100 g cherry tomatoes
- 200 g dry curd
- 4 g hot paprika powder
- 60 g mozzarella
- 4 g sweet paprika
- 200 g Squash-summer, raw
- 12 g salt
- 300 g chicken eggs, whole
Method of cooking:
- Preheat the convection oven to 180°C. Place the baking rack on the third floor from the top. Put a small bowl on the lid of the bowl without a measuring cup and weigh out 200 grams of diced zucchini. Add 1 teaspoon of salt, mix and set aside for 10 minutes.
