Ingredients:

  • 1 g ground black pepper
  • 100 g cherry tomatoes
  • 200 g dry curd
  • 4 g hot paprika powder
  • 60 g mozzarella
  • 4 g sweet paprika
  • 200 g Squash-summer, raw
  • 12 g salt
  • 300 g chicken eggs, whole

Method of cooking:

  1. Preheat the convection oven to 180°C. Place the baking rack on the third floor from the top. Put a small bowl on the lid of the bowl without a measuring cup and weigh out 200 grams of diced zucchini. Add 1 teaspoon of salt, mix and set aside for 10 minutes.
