Salmon Piccata
Piccata is an Italian way of preparing food, which involves frying, then removing the main ingredient and pouring a little wine to bring out all the flavors. Capers, parsley and butter are often added to piccata-style dishes.

Ingredients:
- 2 g ground black pepper
- 50 g capers
- 200 g vegetable broth
- 8 g salt
- 100 g butter
- 25 g lemon juice
- 100 g white dry wine
- 50 g Oil, olive
- 400 g Salmon, raw
- 30 g parsley leaves
Method of cooking:
- Put a small bowl on the lid of the bowl without a measuring cup and weigh out 400 grams of skinless salmon, cut into 3 cm cubes. Season with 1 teaspoon of salt and 1 teaspoon of ground black pepper. Set aside.
