Ingredients:

  • 300 g water
  • 80 g arugula
  • 100 g parma ham
  • 3 g sugar
  • 10 g garlic
  • 8 g salt
  • 20 g Yeast baker's, compressed
  • 50 g milk, 3,2% fat
  • 120 g Oil, olive
  • 510 g Oil, rapeseed
  • 100 g sun-dried tomatoes in oil (drained)
  • 500 g wheat flour 450

Method of cooking:

  1. Add 300 grams of lukewarm water, 50 grams of milk, 20 grams of yeast, 500 grams of wheat flour, 1 teaspoon of salt and ½ teaspoon of sugar into the bowl. Knead the dough for 3 minutes.
