Ingredients:
- 300 g water
- 80 g arugula
- 100 g parma ham
- 3 g sugar
- 10 g garlic
- 8 g salt
- 20 g Yeast baker's, compressed
- 50 g milk, 3,2% fat
- 120 g Oil, olive
- 510 g Oil, rapeseed
- 100 g sun-dried tomatoes in oil (drained)
- 500 g wheat flour 450
Method of cooking:
- Add 300 grams of lukewarm water, 50 grams of milk, 20 grams of yeast, 500 grams of wheat flour, 1 teaspoon of salt and ½ teaspoon of sugar into the bowl. Knead the dough for 3 minutes.
