Ingredients:
- 300 g water
- 1 g ground black pepper
- 10 g capers
- 3 g sugar
- 8 g salt

- 20 g lemon juice
- 80 g Cream, 18% fat
- 20 g Yeast baker's, compressed
- 50 g milk, 3,2% fat
- 510 g Oil, rapeseed
- 100 g Salmon, smoked
- 200 g Cheese spread natural
- 500 g wheat flour 450
Method of cooking:
- Add 300 grams of lukewarm water, 50 grams of milk, 500 grams of wheat flour, 20 grams of yeast, 1 teaspoon of salt and ½ teaspoon of sugar into the bowl. Knead the dough for 3 minutes.
