This is a simple recipe from which you will prepare 600 grams of homemade beetroot, that will be a great addition to your Easter table. It goes well with pâtés, traditional cold cuts and warm roasts. Use organic beets and good quality horseradish. Enjoy a healthy and homemade product.

Ingredients:
- 100 g Horseradish, raw
- 6 g salt
- 20 g lemon juice
- 500 g Beetroot, boiled
Method of cooking:
