Ingredients:

  • 1 g ground black pepper
  • 2 g allspice
  • 1 g bay leaves
  • 20 g spirit vinegar 10 %
  • 50 g Ketchup
  • 400 g Onion, raw
  • 5 g sugar
  • 3 g salt
  • 400 g Herring, salted
  • 150 g Oil, rapeseed
  • 100 g tomato paste 30%, canned

Method of cooking:

  1. Put a bowl on the lid of the bowl and weigh out 400 grams of peeled onion, cut into 0.5 cm slices. Set the bowl aside.
