Ingredients:
- 300 g water
- 5 g ground black pepper
- 20 g onion spring
- 3 g sugar
- 10 g garlic
- 8 g salt
- 400 g Cream, 18% fat
- 20 g Yeast baker's, compressed
- 50 g milk, 3,2% fat
- 510 g Oil, rapeseed
- 150 g Cheese, Gouda, fat
- 500 g wheat flour 450
Method of cooking:
- Add 300 grams of lukewarm water, 50 grams of milk, 20 grams of yeast, 1 teaspoon of salt, ½ teaspoon of sugar and 500 grams of wheat flour into the bowl. Knead the dough for 3 minutes.
