Ingredients:

  • 300 g water
  • 5 g ground black pepper
  • 20 g onion spring
  • 3 g sugar
  • 10 g garlic
  • 8 g salt
  • 400 g Cream, 18% fat
  • 20 g Yeast baker's, compressed
  • 50 g milk, 3,2% fat
  • 510 g Oil, rapeseed
  • 150 g Cheese, Gouda, fat
  • 500 g wheat flour 450

Method of cooking:

  1. Add 300 grams of lukewarm water, 50 grams of milk, 20 grams of yeast, 1 teaspoon of salt, ½ teaspoon of sugar and 500 grams of wheat flour into the bowl. Knead the dough for 3 minutes.
