  • 250 g pickle brine
  • 170 g Onion, raw
  • 15 g garlic
  • 60 g Potato crisps, salted
  • 450 g Cucumber, pickled with salt and dill
  • 80 g spinach
  • 10 g Dill
  • 450 g Potato, long stored
  • 50 g clarified butter

Method of cooking:

  1. Add 170 grams of peeled onion cut into smaller pieces and three peeled garlic cloves to the bowl.
