- 70 g broth paste - CVR
- 200 g cream 30 %
- 250 g pickle brine
- 170 g Onion, raw
- 15 g garlic
- 60 g Potato crisps, salted
- 450 g Cucumber, pickled with salt and dill
- 80 g spinach
- 10 g Dill
- 450 g Potato, long stored
- 50 g clarified butter
