Ingredients:

  • 1 g ground black pepper
  • 50 g shallots
  • 80 g dried tomatoes
  • 104 g ham
  • 12 g garlic
  • 3 g salt
  • 60 g butter
  • 480 g chicken eggs, whole
  • 200 g spinach

Method of cooking:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Add 50 grams of onion, peeled and cut into smaller pieces, and 3 cloves of pickled garlic into the bowl. Cut for 10 seconds at speed 10.
